Unlike the previous passives, Penetrate does not suffer from diminishing returns (it grantsВ 10% to Attack Rating for every skill point, except the first one which gives 35%).

Slow Missiles - Optional.В Prerequisite.В Slows the missiles of nearby enemies.

Same idea as with Dodge - spend 1 point here, no more, because of diminishing returns.

Avoid -В Grants a chance to move out of the way of a missile attack while standing still.

It suffers from diminishing returns, so spending 1 point on it is enough (on level 4, it grants 34% Dodge on level 20, it grants only 56%.). Dodge is great when you get surrounded by monsters.

Dodge -В Grants a chance to move out of the way of a melee attack while standing still.

Prerequisite.В Illuminates monsters and decreases their ability to defend themselves. The majority of your Damage comes from Freezing Arrow (and it deals mainly Cold Damage), so 1 Point here is enough.

Critical Strike -В Grants a chance to do double physical damage with your attacks.

Having said that, once you max out everything else, you might want to get the Valkyrie as well (especially if you feel like you need some extra defensive power). For this build, we focus on the passive power boosts, asВ they supplement our Arrow Skills very well. This skill tree offers great utility skills - both passive and active ones. Its base arrow damage works with Critical Strike and it can fully benefit from Pierce, which makes it extremely deadly when combined with those two. This is your main offensive skill and the reason you need a lot of Energy (at level 20, Freezing Arrow costs 18.5 mana per shot).

Freezing Arrow - A powerful elemental arrow that deals high Cold Damage and freezes any monsters near the point of impact.

You only want 1 point here as Ice Arrow, despite having synergy with Freezing Arrow, only increases its Freeze Length by 5% per point, which is not worth the points at all - with high attack speeds this build achieves, higher freeze duration is not needed.

Ice Arrow - Enhances your Arrows with Ice, allowing them to freeze targets for a short duration and deal additional Cold Damage.

This is your backup skill - you will use it mainly to deal with cold-immune enemies.

Exploding Arrow - A magical arrow that explodes on impact, dealing fire damage to all nearby enemies.

This is the main synergy skill of Freezing Arrow - max it out for +12% Cold Damage per skill level.

Cold Arrow -В Enchants an arrow, adding cold damage and slowing your enemy.

Fires multiple arrows in a cone in front of you,В the number of arrows scales withВ Skill Level. This is your Exploding Arrow synergy Skill (+12% Fire Damage per Level) - you should max it out.

Fire Arrow - Imbues an arrow with magic, allowing it to deal additional fire damage.

It requires no arrows, which makes it somewhat useful when you run out of them. A powerful magical projectile that knocks targets back and deals magic damage. And the second is Exploding Arrow that comes in handy against cold-immune enemies. It provides you with two extremely powerful Skills the first of them isВ Freezing Arrow that lets you freeze everything that movesВ in place (except bosses and elites) and shatter it to pieces. This is the core Skill Tree of this Build.

Vitality -В You should put all your remaining points here.

We recommend that you get ~275 Energy in total (from points and gear).

Energy -В This might be a surprise for some of you, but this build actually requires a lot of energy as Freezing Arrow burns through mana extremely quickly.

Dexterity -В Same as Strength - you only need enough Dexterity to meet gear requirements.

Strength -В All you want, in terms of Strength, is enough of it to equip everything you will want to use on your character.

Rather Squishy - your mobility is your best defense with this build Mobility comes from Gear - you won't have it if you run the build on a tight budgetД¬old-Immune enemies can cause some problems
